Services for Students with Disabilities

Belmont Abbey College is dedicated to the success of all their students. Students with documented disabilities can receive accommodations through the Office of Academic Assistance.

In order to receive academic accommodations, a student must

  1. Complete a Confidential Student Disclosure form
  2. Submit proper documentation of the disability(s)
  3. Required Documentation for LD
  4. Required Documentation for ADD/ADHD
  5. Required Documentation for Chronic Health Illnesses and/or Mobility Impairment
  6. Required Documentation for Sensory Impairments
  7. Required Documentation for Psychological/Psychiatric Disability

Meet with the Director of Academic Assistance to discuss the accommodations that may be available

If the student is eligible for accommodations, an Accommodation Plan will be created by the student and the Director of Academic Assistance.
