NORTH CAROLINA LEGISLATIVE TUITION GRANT (NCLTG) -
A grant not to be repaid. The NCLTG is awarded to legal
North Carolina residents enrolled on a full-time basis.
Demonstrated need is not considered, but the NCLTG must
go toward meeting demonstrated need. The 2004-2005 NCLTG
